Reduction of emissions from commercial cooking hoods
A verification of ’KPC-Total’ is carried out comprising a solution aimed at reducing emissions in ventilation air from commercial cooking hoods. The verification is focused on the effect of the technology in regard to the reduction of odour emissions as well as the reduction of oil/grease deposits and bacteria growth in the ventilation canals. The technology is based on the effect of ultraviolet radiation combined with a catalyst. The verification is carried out for JIMCO A/S. Verification Statement.

Reduction of grease and oil deposits in ducts and emission of particles and odour from commercial kitchen cooking hoods
Verification of a UV-C technology for reduction of grease and oil deposits in ducts and emission of particles and odour from commercial kitchen cooking hoods is ongoing. The technology is based on the effect of ultraviolet radiation, which partly degrade organic compounds and also has a significant disinfecting effect on fungi, bacteria and viruses. The technology is verified for JIMCO A/S. Verification Statement, Verification Report and Test Report.

Low particle, CO, NOx emission furnace
Verification of a low particle, CO and NOx emission multi biomass furnace is ongoing. The combustions principle is a combination of gasification in the bottom of the furnace and gas combustion in the upper part. This gives a very efficient combustion with low emissions of particles, CO and NOx, which stays low during load changes, and even when operated as low as 20 % load. The furnace can burn many different biomass fuels, even difficult ones, with water content up to 60 %. The technology is verified for Dall Energy. Removal of hydrocarbons in polluted air
Verification of a technology for removal of hydrocarbons in polluted air. To remove the hydrocarbons a carbon filter is used. The technology is tested for capture performance of hydrocarbons on the carbon filter. The technology was verified for Danmil A/S. Verification Statement and Verification Report incl. Test Report.

Emission reduction of aerosols from ventilation air
Verification of a technology for reduction of aerosols in an oil mist coming from ventilation air. For the reduction process an electrostatic oil mist filter is used. The technology is tested for capture performance of aerosols in the oil mist filter. The technology was verified for Simas Filters A/S. Verification Statement and Verification Report incl. Test Report.
